Travel Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Desert Hot Springs, California

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to emergency room patients, ensuring timely and effective treatment
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and initiate emergency interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and discharge instructions

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or compact state license eligible for practice in California
• Proven experience working in Emergency Room nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
