Supervisor Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Duluth, MN

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Proven experience in emergency room (ER) nursing with sound clinical judgment
• Previous or current background as a charge nurse, clinical lead, or supervisor in an ER preferred
• Strong understanding of emergency protocols, triage, and crisis intervention
• Ability to mentor and support nursing staff, fostering teamwork and continual learning
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations, providing direction and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team
