Supervisor Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Duluth, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ER environment
• Proven supervisory or charge nurse experience is highly preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge in emergency protocols, triage, and critical care
• Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS or TNCC preferred

Schedule/Hours:

• Schedule will be determined based on facility needs, with flexibility required for various shifts, weekends, and possible holidays

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities and performance of ER nursing staff
• Provide expert bedside care to patients experiencing acute health issues
• Facilitate smooth triage and rapid response to emergencies
