Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and rapid decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Adaptable to high-pressure situations and able to provide mentorship to clinical staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions in the ER
• Supervise and coordinate ER nursing team, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and facility policies
• Support staff with complex patient cases and escalate care as needed
• Oversee triage, patient assessment, and documentation of care
• Mentor new personnel and provide ongoing education for best clinical practices
• Partner with physicians, support services, and administration for optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate leadership in managing resources and responding to critical incidents
