(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Durham, North Carolina

This role is a 13-week commitment on the night shift, providing optimal work-life balance with a 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30). Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:30
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

• Active NC or Compact RN license at submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability to maintain a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Not open to first-time travelers at this time; local candidates accepted if within 75 miles

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to patients in a dynamic ER setting
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions efficiently
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide timely patient care
• Utilize EPIC charting for accurate, detailed records

$1,800 - $1,958/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
