Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Eden Prairie, MN

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Variable shift times

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver swift, patient-centered nursing care in an emergency department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical and trauma conditions
• Initiate accurate interventions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and follow detailed care plans per current protocols
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort, ensuring clear communication with patients and their families
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes efficiently and accurately
