Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• Valid certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC
• Proven ability to assess quickly, perform interventions, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A collaborative and calm approach in fast-paced environments

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour shifts weekly
• Variable evenings or nights, providing flexibility and work-life balance

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care for diverse patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries
• Triage, monitor, and treat ER patients efficiently and compassionately
• Administer IV medications, perform advanced assessments, and manage critical situations
• Support patients and their families throughout the emergency experience
• Maintain clear, concise documentation in compliance with facility protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to deliver the highest quality patient care
