Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel assignment in Elmira, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who thrives in a fast-paced emergency department and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in critical and urgent situations.

Responsibilities:

* Assess, triage, and provide care to patients with a wide range of illnesses and injuries
* Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
* Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
* Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions

Requirements:

* Active RN license in New York
* Minimum of two years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
* BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
* TNCC certification preferred
* Strong critical thinking, assessment, and multitasking skills
