Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment with variable hours as needed
• Flexibility may be required for floating between departments and occasional on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide independent and delegated nursing functions in alignment with state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care
• Continuously collect and assess health data and patient status
• Deliver health teaching, counseling, supportive therapy, and restorative care
• Directly care for patients or consult, supervise, or teach others as appropriate
• Implement delegated medical functions and refer patients for additional care as indicated
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards
• Contribute to the mission, vision, and values of the facility, demonstrating exceptional service behaviors
• Adapt as needed, including floating between departments within your competency

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• Flexibility to float between areas and participate in on-call rotations as needed
