An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong Emergency Room skills. This contract position is ideal for a dynamic RN who excels in fast-paced environments, putting critical thinking and compassionate care at the forefront of patient treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • Proven experience in an Emergency Room setting
  • Proficiency in trauma, triage, and acute care
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and assessment abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Triage and assess patients presenting with a wide variety of urgent and emergent health concerns
  • Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and perform interventions in accordance with ER protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive emergency care
  • Document all patient interactions, interventions, and changes in condition accurately and promptly
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up treatment
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for patients and staff
