Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Minimum of two years’ recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
  • Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) a plus
  • Strong ability to make sound clinical decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to a diverse patient population presenting with acute illnesses or injuries in the ER
  • Serve as a clinical resource and guide for nursing staff, ensuring compliance with best practices and protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
  • Triage patient conditions, prioritize care needs, and support critical interventions as necessary
  • Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and supporting ER staff in daily operations
  • Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients
