Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 40 hours per week, guaranteed
Qualifications:
- Active California RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in an emergency room setting
- At least two years of management or supervisory experience within emergency services
- TB clearance within the last 12 months
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the emergency department to ensure safe, quality patient care
- Lead, coach, and support ER nursing staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance
- Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of department personnel
- Coordinate closely with physicians and administrative leaders to optimize patient flow and department efficiency
- Serve as a resource for clinical expertise and facilitate effective problem resolution
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for all emergency department activities

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
