This travel assignment offers exceptional professional growth as you join a high-performing Emergency Department team. You’ll broaden your skill set as you adapt to different organizational practices, collaborate with new leaders, and gain invaluable exposure to diverse approaches in patient care. Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shift: 7pm–7am
  • Two 24-hour on-call shifts in an 8-week period

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Active RN license (single state or compact)
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or provisional within 180 days)
  • TNCC or ATCN certification (or provisional within 18 months)
  • Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ER setting, demonstrate excellent time management, effective communication, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized, high-quality care using the nursing process and evidence-based guidelines
  • Document and communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
  • Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care with sensitivity to diverse populations
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance
  • Serve as a mentor or preceptor, supporting the ongoing professional development of peers
  • Uphold all policies, standards, and safety regulations
