Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license with multi-state or compact privileges accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an emergency room setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
• Strong critical thinking, triage, and rapid assessment skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and in fast-paced scenarios

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients, including assessment, monitoring, and rapid interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and all members of the healthcare team to stabilize and treat trauma and emergency cases
• Execute appropriate nursing protocols for various medical and surgical emergencies
• Document patient status, care, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Provide compassionate, family-centered care while maintaining patient safety and privacy
