Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Prior experience in Emergency Room nursing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications (TNCC, ATCN, or CEN highly desired)
• Experience working with patients from neonates to geriatrics
• Ability to assess, plan, and reassess patient care efficiently, adapting to rapidly changing conditions

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive assessment and documentation of patients upon admission and at regular intervals
• Development and ongoing adjustment of individualized care plans
• Administration of medications, treatments, and interventions using evidence-based practices
• Prompt communication of changes in patient condition utilizing the SBAR method
• Patient and family education tailored to assessed needs
• Adherence to hospital policies, infection control practices, and safety protocols (including disaster and emergency procedures)
• Participation in multidisciplinary care planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Accurate, timely documentation of care, responses, and progress
