Essential Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment (exact shift details provided during interview)

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with experience in Emergency Department nursing
• BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC required; TNCC/ATCN/CEN highly desirable
• Demonstrated skill in advanced patient assessment across all age groups
• Previous completion of ED skills checklist or willingness to complete on assignment
• Expertise in rapid patient evaluation, prioritizing critical needs, and managing high-risk medications
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with ED flow sheets and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Systematic assessment and reassessment of patients’ physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
• Implementation, evaluation, and documentation of individualized care plans
• Medication administration and monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions
• Patient and family education tailored to assessed needs
• Effective, timely communication and escalation of clinical changes using SBAR
• Adherence to all policies regarding infection control, safety standards, and documentation for quality assurance
• Active participation in multidisciplinary care planning and disaster preparedness
