Schedule:

• 7:00pm – 7:00am shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed weekly
• 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• 2+ years of recent emergency room experience
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong teamwork, resilience, and adaptability
• Trauma and pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a 22-bed emergency department
• Manage a diverse caseload including traumas, STEMIs, cardiac, stroke, psychiatric, and GI cases
• Work within a patient ratio of 4:1 for pods, 2:1 critical cases, and 6:1 in fast track
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality outcomes and safety
• Input documentation using Cerner EHR
