Schedule/Hours

• 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week period
• No call or float requirements

Key Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (required)
• Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
• Preferred: Strong background in trauma and pediatric care
• Effective communicator with a resilient, team-oriented approach
• Experience caring for a wide range of patient needs, including trauma, cardiac, psych, and stroke
• Comfortable with Cerner EHR

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to a diverse patient population (adult, geriatric, and pediatric) in a fast-paced 22-bed Emergency Department
• Manage pod patients at a 4:1 ratio, critical patients 2:1, and fast track patients 6:1
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Uphold standards for documentation, safety, and patient advocacy
