Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Fort Wingate, NM

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a 12-bed Emergency Department of a critical access facility, where you will gain hands-on experience that will both challenge and expand your clinical skills. The fast-paced environment ensures you'll be exposed to a variety of cases, working alongside a highly collaborative team with 24/7 MD coverage and advanced practice providers on swing shifts. You'll also receive robust support from dedicated ancillary staff, which makes for an ideal setting to grow both professionally and personally.

Working in this setting enables you to collaborate with leaders and fellow clinicians who bring a variety of approaches to emergency care, enhancing your adaptability and broadening your approach to patient care. • 3x12-hour night shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license—Emergency Room experience required
• Experience in rural or critical access hospital settings highly preferred
• Experience serving Indigenous patient populations is a strong plus
• Comfortable managing fluctuating patient volumes in a small ED
• Reliable personal transportation is essential
• Candidates must live at least 60 miles from Fort Wingate
