Qualifications:

• Active RN license in California required
• Current BLS certification
• TB clearance completed within the past 12 months
• At least five years of nursing experience in an emergency room setting
• Minimum of two years in a management, supervisory, or leadership role within the ER
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proven skills managing workflow, resources, and personnel in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily ER operations while maintaining a patient-first approach
