Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Fortuna, California

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in ER settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Exceptional assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting in the emergency department
• Accurately assess and triage patients, prioritizing care according to severity
• Implement and monitor physician orders and treatment plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while adhering to safety standards
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly and timely
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist in emergency procedures as needed

Benefits Qualified candidates can expect weekly compensation ranging from $3000 - $3300, depending on experience and qualifications.
