(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Franklin, Wisconsin

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week)
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holidays
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with current registration in good standing
• Minimum recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Familiarity with latest evidence-based interventions in emergency care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage in a high-acuity environment
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations with varying levels of acuity
• Respond to critical situations, performing interventions per established protocols
• Collaborate with ER physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Support a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
