Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Recent experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (additional certifications such as PALS, TNCC, or ENPC are highly valued)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with electronic health records and modern ER procedures

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, assess needs, and implement appropriate interventions in response to rapidly changing situations
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and execute effective treatment plans
• Prioritize patient care in a demanding, high-volume ER setting
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and utilize advanced life-support techniques as necessary
• Document all patient interactions, interventions, and observations in compliance with current medical regulations
• Offer patient and family education with compassion and clarity
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and infection control
