Travel ER RN | Fruitland, New Mexico

Deliver advanced, compassionate care to emergency room patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity is for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in ER nursing. You’ll work with innovative technology and a dedicated multidisciplinary team serving a diverse population across the Four Corners region.

Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and TNCC certifications strongly desired
• Exceptional critical thinking, assessment, and triage abilities
• Experience working with trauma patients in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency care and perform rapid assessments of patients with a variety of acute and critical conditions
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation according to hospital protocol
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans and coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families, providing information on illness, injury, and treatment options
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety policies and infection control procedures
