This 13-week travel assignment is for a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse ready to thrive in a dynamic 12-bed ED environment. You’ll be part of a supportive team with access to round-the-clock physician coverage, an advanced practice provider during swing shifts, and robust ancillary staff assistance.

You’ll expand your professional repertoire while navigating the unique challenges and rewards of rural emergency medicine. Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts, Nights

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license with ED experience
• Background in rural or critical access hospital settings highly preferred
• Experience serving Indigenous populations is a plus
• Able to work autonomously in a small ED with fluctuating volume (1:4–1:6 patient ratio)
• Must have reliable personal transportation (own vehicle required)
• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles outside the area (no local applicants)

• Provide high-quality, timely care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and ancillary support staff
• Adjust to shifting patient loads with flexibility and professionalism
