Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Room (ER) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (TNCC or other trauma certifications a plus)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating patient needs

• Respond promptly to emergencies and deliver effective, evidence-based interventions

• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, or follow-up steps
