Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an ER setting required.
• Strong assessment, triage, and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current).
• TNCC and PALS preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess and prioritize patient conditions in the emergency room.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement evidence-based interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor, document, and report patient status and response to care.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment for patients and colleagues.
