Skills & Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice nursing

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current and valid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care for patients of all ages in the ER
• Rapidly triage, assess, and stabilize emergency cases
• Monitor and document patient condition, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatments and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and patient safety standards
