Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 7A–7P or 7P–7A
• Weekend rotation: 5–6 shifts per 6-week schedule
• Holiday coverage: one major holiday per cycle
• No on-call

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years' ED experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required (will complete EKG exam during onboarding)
• Emergency nursing certification preferred, not required
• Comfortable with Level 1 Trauma and wide variety of emergency diagnoses
• Proficiency working with EPIC, cardiac monitors, and infusion drips

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care for a diverse caseload
• Implement treatment protocols for patients experiencing trauma, cardiac events, neurological issues, and acute illnesses
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, including CNAs, techs, hospitalists, intensivists, and support staff
• Document and manage patient data within EPIC EMR
