Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Greensboro, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12 hour shifts, mids (1:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.)
• Potential for alternate shift (3:00 p.m. - 3:30 a.m.)
• Every other weekend required (more if available)
• Holidays as needed

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current RN license, eligible in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• First-time travel nurses are welcome
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS required; TNCC preferred
• Charge RN experience preferred
• Combined adult and pediatric emergency department experience required
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Skilled in phlebotomy, IV starts, and triage
• EPIC experience required; Cerner experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform triage and provide emergency interventions as needed
• Initiate and manage IV therapies, including blood draws
• Float between sister emergency departments as assigned
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
