Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Gresham, OR

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour night shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Current Oregon RN license (unencumbered)
• Minimum one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Dedication to teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing interventions for patients with diverse and acute medical issues
• Rapidly assess, triage, and document patient conditions in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Advocate for patient safety while maintaining compassion under pressure
• Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and wellness practices
• Uphold safety and infection control standards throughout all interactions
