RN Emergency Room | Grovetown, Georgia

Skilled and compassionate registered nurses are sought to deliver high-quality emergency care in a busy Emergency Department setting. As an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team, you’ll promote patient-centered, evidence-based nursing practices that support optimal patient outcomes within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Schedule:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Rotating days during the week; availability required for various days
• Minimum commitment of every other weekend
• On-call: two 24-hour calls every 8 weeks
• Holidays: required to work at least 2 major and 2 minor holidays per year

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required within 180 days of hire
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required within 180 days of hire
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) required within 18 months of hire
• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive under pressure
• Demonstrated use of critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based clinical judgment

• Collaborate with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals to achieve care goals
• Document and coordinate care effectively using current technology
• Participate in shared governance, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional education
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor when needed, supporting a healthy work environment and future workforce
• Adhere to all organizational, legal, and regulatory standards
