Step into a critical role within a dynamic Emergency Department, where your nursing expertise ensures top-quality patient care through every stage of the clinical process. As a highly-skilled RN, you will actively participate as an essential part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, consistently supporting service excellence and maintaining patient-centered, compassionate care.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Variable weekday assignments
- On-call duty: (2) 24-hour shifts every 8 weeks
- Every other weekend required
- Minimum of 2 major and 2 minor holidays per year
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse license (single state or multi-state compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 180 days
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) or equivalent within 18 months
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 days
- Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong English communication and technology skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred

- Deliver evidence-based patient care using the nursing process
- Foster relationship-based patient and family engagement
- Coordinate and document care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Act as preceptor/mentor to peers and students
- Champion professional development, research, and evidence-based improvements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, organizational, and ethical standards
- Plan and implement care across the continuum to optimize patient outcomes
