Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Grovetown, GA

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts, 7pm–7am
• (2) 24-hour on-call shifts in an 8-week period

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to diverse populations in the ER, adapting to a fast-paced environment
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams, engaging patients and families in shared decision-making
• Promote and participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and advancing clinical outcomes
• Uphold system policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in emergency services
• Precept and mentor other nurses, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or Diploma required, BSN preferred)
• Active, unencumbered RN license (Georgia or compact)
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS within 180 days of start
• TNCC within 18 months of hire
• Proficient with technology, excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adaptable in high-acuity, rapidly-evolving situations and able to problem-solve under pressure
• Less than one year’s direct patient care experience considered; ER experience preferred
