Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Hamilton, OH

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment with five night shifts per week. This opportunity requires a clinician ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Experience in a Level I trauma center is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of two years' experience in Emergency Room nursing
• Recent experience in a Level I trauma center required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and react effectively during emergencies
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule:

• Five night shifts per week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Rapidly assess, triage, and manage patients according to urgent medical needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols
• Serve as a patient advocate and provide clear, compassionate communication with families

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
