Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Hamilton, Ohio

Schedule:

• Five night shifts per week
• 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:

• Active registered nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room, including Level I trauma center exposure
• Ability to work overnight shifts with proficiency in acute and critical care scenarios
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in diverse, high-pressure environments
• Compliance with 75-mile radius placement guideline

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Room, managing a broad spectrum of urgent and life-threatening conditions
• Triage, assess, and prioritize patient care needs efficiently
• Collaborate with medical staff to implement and evaluate patient treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and adhere to clinical protocols
• Support patient families with information and updates throughout care
