Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an emergency room (ER) setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional ER-related certifications preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Provide support, education, and clear communication to patients and their families
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Ensure compliance with all standards, regulations, and facility procedures
