Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent acute care experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Proven ability to manage both ED and Inpatient Hold RN ratios and acuity
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications a plus)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in the Emergency Room and to inpatient hold patients as needed
- Perform accurate patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
- Adapt to varying patient acuity levels and rapidly changing conditions
- Uphold highest standards in patient safety, confidentiality, and advocacy

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
