Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Hartford, CT

Schedule:

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Ability to manage both ED and Inpatient Hold RN ratios/acuity
• ACLS, BLS certifications (required)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to ED patients and Inpatient Hold patients as needed
• Assess, triage, and treat patients according to established protocols and standards
• Document and communicate effectively regarding patient status and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Respond promptly to emergencies and acute changes in patient conditions
