Schedule:
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room RN experience
- Ability to manage both ED and Inpatient Hold RN ratios/acuity
- ACLS, BLS certifications (required)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to ED patients and Inpatient Hold patients as needed
- Assess, triage, and treat patients according to established protocols and standards
- Document and communicate effectively regarding patient status and interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Respond promptly to emergencies and acute changes in patient conditions
