Schedule/Hours

• 7p–7a shifts
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks

Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
• Trauma and pediatric ER experience preferred
• Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable personality
• Comfortable with Cerner EHR

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a 22-bed ED
• Patient ratios: 4:1 (pod), 2:1 (critical), 6:1 (fast track)
• Respond rapidly to emergencies—trauma, STEMI, stroke, psych, and more
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
