Schedule & Hours:

• 7p–7a (12-hour night shifts)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Four weekend shifts per four-week schedule
• No call required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years’ recent ER experience
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong team player—hardworking, resilient, and easy-going
• Preferred: Trauma and pediatric experience

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care across trauma, STEMI, psychiatric, cardiac, GI, stroke, and other emergency cases
• Manage a patient ratio of 4:1 (pod), 2:1 (critical), 6:1 (fast track)
• Utilize the Cerner EHR system for patient documentation
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team atmosphere
