Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, evidence-based nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
• Triage patients and prioritize care efficiently in a high-acuity setting
• Rapidly assess, respond to, and treat a variety of acute medical situations
• Accurately document patient information and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families during stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room experience (travel experience a plus)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (TNCC, PALS preferred)
• Excellent critical-thinking, assessment, and communication skills
