Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (Compact license welcomed)
  • Minimum one year of direct ER nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • TNCC, PALS, and other specialty certifications are advantageous
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
