Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent ER nursing experience
• Strong assessment and triage skills
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (preferred)
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill or injured patients in the ER
• Triage incoming patients and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to create optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and responses
