Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (rotating as needed)
• Full-time assignment

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida (or compact license)
• Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (other specialty credentials a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure emergency settings
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Perform rapid assessments and interventions for trauma, medical, and psychiatric emergencies
• Initiate and manage IVs, medication administration, wound care, and diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and fellow nurses to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
• Respond swiftly to changing patient conditions and emergency situations
