Schedule/Hours:

• Night Shift: 7p-7a
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Four weekend shifts required every four weeks
• No call or float requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert emergency care to patients across all age groups and acuity levels, including trauma, cardiac, and psychiatric cases
• Prioritize patient safety in alignment with evidence-based practices
• Accurately document within the Cerner EHR system
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with various care teams
• Adapt swiftly to high-stress situations and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
• Strongly preferred: Trauma and pediatric ER background
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and resilient personality
