Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Indian Trail, North Carolina

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing, triaging, and treating patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Administering medications, IV fluids, and treatments per provider orders
• Monitoring vital signs, responding quickly to changes in patient status, and documenting care promptly
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Educating patients and family members during highly stressful situations
• Maintaining compliance with protocols, infection control, and quality standards

Desired qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an ER nurse
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to function effectively in high-stress, rapid-response environments
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting patient needs and workload
