Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Previous experience in an Emergency Room or comparable acute care setting
  • Strong assessment, triage, and clinical skills
  • Knowledge of current emergency, trauma, and life-support protocols
  • Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with dedication to patient safety and fast-paced decision making

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
  • Perform rapid patient assessments, prioritize care, and initiate appropriate interventions
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide advanced life support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, treatments, and outcomes
  • Support patients and families with clear communication and empathetic guidance
  • Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
