Experienced emergency room nurses are needed for a contract opportunity providing high-quality care in a fast-paced ER environment. Utilize your clinical expertise to assess, triage, and deliver care to patients with diverse and acute medical needs.

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year prior experience working in an Emergency Room setting
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (PALS preferred)
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent patient care standards

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid assessment and prioritization of incoming ER patients
• Deliver effective nursing interventions for trauma, medical, and behavioral emergencies
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as ordered by providers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and document vital signs, progress, and responses to interventions
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe environment adhering to infection control and safety protocols
