Qualifications & Skills:

• Current and valid RN license
• Demonstrated experience in emergency room care (ER)
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong assessment and triage skills
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-stress situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with electronic health records is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapid assessment and triage of patients presenting to the emergency department
• Administration of medications and treatments accurately and promptly
• Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring and documentation of vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Ensuring infection control and safety procedures are rigorously followed
