Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; TNCC and PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced, ever-changing situations
Responsibilities:
- Triaging patients and providing immediate, evidence-based emergency care
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
- Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy
- Administering medications, wound care, and assisting with procedures as needed
- Participating in trauma response, rapid intervention, and patient stabilization efforts
