Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Hawaii (HI)
• At least one year of recent emergency department nursing experience
• Experience caring for patients across the lifespan
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and manage patients with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a 15-bed ER with a separate 6-bed fast track area
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for rapid, effective patient stabilization and treatment
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up needs
