Clinic (RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Kennesaw, Georgia

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse skilled in both Emergency Room and Clinic environments, supporting an Acute Care Clinical Holding unit focused on ER/Urgent care. This contract role offers a dynamic hospital setting where you will care for patients with diverse and complex needs.

Key Details:

• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Department: ACC Holding unit – ER/Urgent care

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Proven experience in Emergency Room nursing and/or clinical settings
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and active)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with electronic health records and modern clinical protocols

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in an acute, urgent-care environment
• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients with varying acuity levels
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and monitor patient status
• Collaborate closely with providers, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated treatment
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and procedures
• Document all care activities promptly and accurately according to facility guidelines
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment, adhering to all applicable best practices and regulations

$1,475 - $1,614/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
