(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Kenosha, Wisconsin

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation
• Rotating holiday coverage
• No on-call or floating required

Qualifications:

• Valid and active RN license
• Prior experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting required
• Proficiency in emergency nursing protocols and procedures
• Exceptional assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure scenarios and multi-disciplinary teams
• Current BLS, ACLS, and other applicable certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care for patients with a wide variety of acute and urgent conditions
• Monitor, interpret, and document patient vital signs and medical histories
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans
• Provide emotional support and patient education to individuals and their families
• Adhere to established safety, infection control, and quality improvement protocols

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
