Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Kenosha, WI

Schedule/Hours

• 12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week)
• Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• Every other weekend rotation
• Rotating holidays
• No on-call or call-back required
• No floating to other units

Qualifications/Experience

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year Emergency Room (ER) experience strongly preferred
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS; additional ER-specific certifications desirable
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to manage rapid changes in patient condition
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, efficient care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, employing assessment, triage, and intervention skills
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement nursing interventions as needed
• Document care accurately and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies
• Participate in patient and family education to promote optimal health outcomes
• Uphold a safe, clean, and supportive work environment at all times

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
