Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice
• Minimum of one year recent RN experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Strong triage and assessment skills
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse patient needs and changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs quickly and effectively
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols
• Monitor patient status, document observations, and promptly report changes
• Collaborate with ER physicians, ancillary staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up instructions
