Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license (NC or compact state)
• Minimum of 1 year recent ER experience
• BLS and ACLS certification; PALS and TNCC preferred
• Strong communication, rapid assessment, and critical-thinking abilities
• Comfort working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate and adaptable approach to high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, timely care to patients in the ER
• Triage, assess, and monitor patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
• Document care accurately in patient records
• Remain flexible and responsive to a wide range of emergencies
