Schedule/Hours:
- 3x12 hour shifts
- Mids, 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. (potential adjustment to 3:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.)
- Every other weekend required; more if available
- Holiday coverage as needed
Desired qualifications:
- Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS (required)
- TNCC certification (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience; combined Adult/Pediatric ED experience required
- Charge RN experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Skilled in phlebotomy, IV starts, and triage
- Familiarity with EPIC (required), Cerner (preferred)
- Comfortable floating between campuses
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
- Triage and manage multiple patients (1:4 ratios)
- Interpret ECGs, manage dysrhythmias, perform phlebotomy and IV starts
- Flexibility to float to sister EDs as assigned
